GIVE YOURSELF THE BREAK YOU NEED IN YOUR DAY WITH THE MIDDAY MOVEMENT & MEDITATION MEETING.

This workshop will lead individuals through a soothing movement sequence using stretches and gentle yoga poses followed by a guided meditation practice.

Meditation and yoga can provide helpful tools for combating stress, and can also help increase one's ability to stabilize their mood, tolerate distress, self-soothe, and improve the connection between emotional and physical health.
